I recently worked with Mohammad from Ora Flooring and Stairs for my basement renovation, and I am extremely happy with the results. They installed 500 sq. ft. of LVP flooring and 100 sq. ft. of tiling in the basement bathroom. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail in the basement bathroom. There was a significant dip in the concrete floor that needed to be leveled before the tiles could be set. Mohammad and his team handled this perfectly, ensuring the floor was level. They also used a leveling system for the tiles, so there is zero lippage—everything is perfectly smooth. The LVP looks great, and they were very professional throughout the process.
